Lighter blocks.
Stronger builds. Faster.
Neo Infra manufactures precision Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks — up to 3× lighter than red clay bricks, with superior thermal insulation and a fraction of the mortar. Built for contractors, developers, and architects who build smart.
Concrete, re-engineered for the way India builds today.
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete is a precast, lightweight building material made from natural raw materials — sand, cement, lime, gypsum and an aerating agent, cured under heat and pressure. The result is a block riddled with millions of microscopic air pores: strong enough to bear load, light enough to move by hand, and dense enough to keep a building cool.
AAC Blocks, cast for precision
Every Neo Infra block is autoclave-cured for 12 hours at controlled steam pressure, then cut on wire beds to millimetre-accurate tolerances. The honeycomb of sealed air cells is what gives AAC its signature strength-to-weight ratio — and it's what separates a Neo Infra wall from a conventional one.
- 01 Thermally efficientTrapped air cells cut heat transfer, keeping interiors 4–6°C cooler and lowering AC load.
- 02 Load-bearing strengthCompressive strength of 3–4.5 N/mm² supports both load-bearing and partition walls.
- 03 Fire & sound resistantNon-combustible core rated up to 4 hours; the porous structure also dampens airborne sound.
- 04 Fast to lay, easy to finishLarger block sizes and thin-bed mortar cut wall-raising time and plaster consumption significantly.

Built for builders who count every rupee and every day
Lightweight structure
Roughly a third the weight of red clay brick, cutting dead load on the frame, foundation, and freight cost per wall.
Thermal comfort
Sealed air cells insulate against heat, reducing indoor temperatures and long-term cooling costs.
Eco-conscious
Made largely from fly ash — a power-plant byproduct — with zero topsoil mining required.
Speed of construction
Larger block format means fewer joints, less mortar, and measurably faster wall-raising on site.
Precision finish
Millimetre-accurate edges mean thinner plaster coats and flatter, straighter walls.
Fire safety
Non-combustible core holds a fire rating of up to 4 hours, well above conventional masonry.
Acoustic comfort
The porous matrix absorbs airborne sound, quieting shared walls in dense developments.
Easy to work
Blocks can be cut, chased, and drilled on site with ordinary hand tools — no special equipment.
Red brick vs. AAC block
Same wall, same span — a very different building experience. Here's what changes when you switch.
- Brick9–10 bricks + mortar to fill 1 sq. ft. of wall
- AAC1.1–1.3 blocks to fill the same 1 sq. ft.
- BrickHeavier dead load, thicker plaster to level joints
- AACUp to 65% lighter, thin-joint mortar, flatter finish
- BrickHigher heat transfer — warmer interiors
- AAC~8× better insulation — cooler rooms, lower AC bills
One block, every building type
From a single-storey home to a high-rise core, the same lightweight logic scales across project types.
Residential homes
Individual houses and villas — cooler interiors, lighter foundations.
High-rise apartments
Reduced dead load lets structural frames run leaner, floor after floor.
Commercial spaces
Offices, retail, and hospitality — faster fit-outs, quieter interiors.
Industrial & warehousing
Fire-rated partitions and boundary walls for factories and storage.
From raw mix to job-site pallet
Mix & cast
Fly ash, cement, lime and an aerating agent are slurried and poured into moulds, where the mix rises like bread.
Wire-cut precision
The semi-cured cake is cut on tensioned wire beds to exact block dimensions.
Autoclave curing
Blocks cure for ~12 hours under high-pressure steam, locking in strength and stability.
QC & pallet
Every batch is tested for density and strength, then shrink-wrapped for site-ready delivery.
